Steeped in the cowboy tradition of singing songs about cattle drives and riding horses, pretty girls back home, nature's splendor, and livin' the life of a cowboy, the music of 3 TRAILS WEST reflects the romanticism of the Western lifestyle and nostalgia of the silver screen cowboy. S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedure) for the band is S.O.P. (Sons of the Pioneers), cause cowboy vocals don't get any better than that! 3 TRAILS WEST is comprised of five seasoned Kansas City musicians: Roger & Leo Eilts, Garry Bury, Jeff Elsloo, and David Kaemmer.
As a child growing up in the 40's, Steve found that singing and drawing got him a lot of attention. That, coupled with his love of The West lead to his move to Arizona, in 1957. Over the years and through many occupations, he eventually became a western artist, singer, song writer, poet and actor. Steve says, "I'm thankful everyday for the beauty of God's creation and for bringing me and JoAnn to the White Mountains of Arizona in 1982, where the 'cowboy way' is still a way of life and for leading me to sing and play harmonica with Mountain Saddle Band". The deep, resonant tones of his voice and his performance style create imagery that brings his poetry and music to life. Mountain Saddle Band's new CD, "The Ballad of Kitty Jo" is built around an 11 poem anthology by Steve.

Bob Thomas was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. At the age of seven his dad bought him a guitar for his birthday in hopes that he would connect to music. Although he never had a lesson, he has been playing the guitar ever since. He played along with John Denver, Johnny Cash, Joan Baez, Gordon Lightfoot and Bob Dylan as he learned. At the age of 17 he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to attend College. During the four years he spent there, he learned to love the State. The beauty and ambience of the state gave Bob a connection to the West. Since graduating, he has traveled extensively throughout the Southwest and more recently the world. Bob has always written poetry and decided of late, to put the words to music and create his own CD. The CD is titled New Mexico. The music is catchy and easy to listen to. The words come straight from the heart. Bob feels his music as he sings and transfers that feeling to you as you listen. He is currently working on a second CD and hopes to have it released in early 2011.

Formed in 2005, The Tumbling Tumbleweeds are celebrating their Five Year Anniversary! Since their premiere they have gone on to capture the Academy of Western Artists Will Rogers Award for Western Music Group of the Year and the Western Music Association Crescendo Award for Most Promising Talent! They were also named one of the Top 10 Live Acoustic Acts in Southern California by FolkWorks Magazine! As their name suggests, The Tumbling Tumbleweeds are a tribute to the era that gave us Roy Rogers, Gene Autry and the great swing time cowboy band, The Sons of the Pioneers. Although The Tumbling Tumbleweeds feel the Sons of the Pioneers are their "blue print" they do bring their very own unique brand of entertainment to the world of Western Music with a show complete with singing, humor, storytelling and a bit of fancy western footwork. The Tumbling Tumbleweeds also write, perform and record their own original songs written in the style of the delightfully unique period in which they pay tribute to! It is also the mission of The Tumbling Tumbleweeds to reach and engage as many young people as possible so that the legacy of Western Music isn't lost in the midst of the ever declining state of "pop-culture" but can live on to the next generation of music lovers.
