Austin is a 17-year old who grew up with a love and natural talent for music, and a few years ago got “turned-on” to cowboy music and the cowboy way! You will hardly see Austin without his guitar in hand; that’s his love, but can also find his way around the mandolin. Although he is perfectly content to provide backup guitar for other performers, he’s also becoming an accomplished singer. Making his debut in a showcase at the 2010 Western Music Association Showcase in Albuquerque, NM, he left the audience saying “wow” after completing his first song. A pleasant baritone with his own touch of twang made for easy listening and a distinctive style. When introducing Austin, one emcee said “he comes with his own pedigree and roots in western music since he’s the grandson of WMA Songwriter of the Year, Marvin O’Dell.” Most recently, Austin has teamed with young Canadian WMA performing artist, Naomi Bristow of Ontario, Canada, making their debut appearance as a western duo at the Kamloops Western Gathering. Calling themselves “No Borders”, they are ridin’ the trail between California and Canada and places yet to be determined!
Marvin is recognized in the western music arena as a successful song writer and his original music is being well-received and recorded by other performing artists. He is the 2009 Western Music Association Songwriter of the Year. His latest production and recording effort, The Silver Screen Cowboy Project, features 19 of today’s finest western recording artists and musicians on a 2-CD set. The Silver Screen Cowboy Project was awarded the prestigious 2009 WMA President's Award. Marvin's highly requested song, Jesus & Roy, was awarded the WMA's 2009 Song of the Year. The CD inspired Marvin to create a live stage show around the songs of this award-winning CD. He now tours with The Red Hot Rhythm Rustlers band comprised of Audrey McLaughlin, Gale Rogers, Dawn Pett, Tom Boyer and himself, performing the Silver Screen Cowboy Project Show “Live” – a tribute music and multimedia presentation to the B-western stars of the 30s, 40s and 50s. The band also has the versatility of doing western swing, classic western tunes or contemporary cowboy songs.

An acoustic group from the foothills of Georgetown, the Old West Trio performs both traditional and contemporary Western music with minimum instrumentation and maximum sound. Nothing remains as intriguing as the cowboy, and the theme of the American West serves as an anchor point for the Old West Trio to explore their musical interests. Members Steve Ide (rhythm guitar), Leslie Ide (upright bass), and Steve Johnson (lead guitar) sing cowboy songs that encompass a variety of genres, including gunfighter ballads, western swing, and lively yodeling tunes.
Ric Steinke & Linda Hausler perform as a duo, trio, or with their western swing band " Open Range & the Swing Stampede". Music that captures the spirit of the West".that's how the music of Open Range has been described. Together they weave a musical blend of tight vocal harmonies & outstanding instrumentation. They perform music from the old western standards, swing tunes of the 40's, to western music being written today, including their own original compositions.
Ken is equally at home being a working cowboy and being a singing cowboy. Between chores on his northern Montana ranch, Ken has taken time out to write much of his own material and record numerous albums. Nominated For: 1997 Male Yodeling Champion
