Gail has been singing far a long time on stages, at campfires and corporate events. The cowgirl in her came from the beginning when she saw her Heros on the television that led her from the fantasy world of the cowboy/girl, to the real world of the West.
Her life has been based on the western ways as she has traveled, worked with ranchers and helped bring the romance of the West to folks that just wanted an experience to remember. The Cattle Drives, the Chuck Wagons, and the time on the trail have helped the past meet the present. These experiences have given her the soul that is needed for an authentic western serenade.
Although she was not ranch raised, or working on a ranch at this time, she brings to life the cowboy lifestyle in the songs that she sings. It is a way to bring the soulful cowboy music to folks that would not get to hear the ballads from the past.
Gail sings at retirement homes, schools, benefits, corporate events and cowboy gatherings. She has been warmly received by city folks, ranching cowboys/girls and western admirers throughout the land.
She has opened for Mel Tillis, Charlie Pride and Willie Nelson. She has also played with Ray Bensen from Asleep at the Wheel and Gary P. Nunn in the Texas Hill Country. She also loaded up on the Chuck Wagon and sang on the Quinlin Ranch Cattle Round-up in Chama, New Mexico.
So, when Gail gets her guitar out of that case, wherever she may be, get ready to go back in time, and have a good time remembering the cowboy Heros of years gone by. Sit back, listen to the yodel and don’t forget to sing along!
Happy Trails!
